Any refund of a Voom subscription must be requested through the Account History tool in your control panel within seven (7) days of the transaction date. The only restriction on processing refunds for subscriptions is that the purchase date of the subscription must be within 7 days of the refund request. If you are having issues with the refund system please email support@voomwell.com as soon as possible so we can help process the refund. Refunds will be processed for subscriptions whose initial contact email arrives within 7 days of the purchase date of the subscription. Refunds will be processed by VOID or CREDIT transactions to the card that was used to pay for the subscription.
